Hi, I’m René. I’m a Senior 3D Animator who thrives at the intersection of technical precision and artistic character performance. Currently, I’m a Senior Animator at Steamroller Animation, where for over a year I’ve had the privilege of supporting Naughty Dog on their highly anticipated upcoming title, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.

Throughout my career, my work has spanned blockbuster feature films like Avatar: The Way of Water and massive AAA titles like Fortnite and Horizon Forbidden West. As a senior animator, my focus is not just on crafting expressive character acting or seamless gameplay loops, but on problem-solving within complex production pipelines. From high-fidelity motion capture workflows to collaborating across disciplines in Maya, I enjoy tackling the technical hurdles that elevate a project's creative vision.

Take a look around my Demo Reel to see my work in action, and feel free to reach out—I’m always looking to bring senior-level execution and passion to ambitious development teams.
